Testimonials
“Working with Hadara during college helped me grow not only as an athlete, but also as a person. Her extensive knowledge of anxiety management, nutrition, and confidence-building was invaluable as I navigated personal challenges of being a collegiate athlete. Our sessions went beyond performance coaching, they were an important source of personal growth and support in my life. Hadara’s kindness, compassion, and ability to meet me exactly where I was, while providing thoughtful guidance and practical advice, made a lasting impact on me. She truly is the absolute BEST at what she does, and I am incredibly grateful for the role she played in my life.”
-Former collegiate basketball player
“Hadara always knew what I needed to hear, even when I wasn’t ready to hear or accept it and provided a care for me as a whole person and athlete unlike what is typically found within the collegiate sports community. The skills I gained from working with her have brought me great confidence, clarity, focus into my running and that of course has bled into every aspect of who I am. I’ve also seen her work in doing the same as she did for me for countless teammates and other athletes and the level of support and commitment she brings to the athletic community is invaluable and nothing short of inspiring.”
-Hannah, Elite Athlete, DII All American, 9 x GLVC Champion
“Working with Hadara helped when I transferred schools and helped me gain a trust in myself, my abilities on and off the field, and the coaching staff that I had lost previously. She taught me how to have a voice not only on the field, but in everyday life, which has led to amazing opportunities I would not have dreamed of before I started working with her. I am forever thankful for everything Hadara has taught me and her support over the years.”
-Lindsey, former DII collegiate soccer player
“Working with Hadara during a really tough time in my athletic career and life made a huge difference for me. She helped me completely change my mindset, improve my mental health, and provided support in order to become a better athlete and person. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me.”
-College and professional basketball player
“I truly cannot put into word how grateful I am for everything Hadara has done for me throughout my two knee surgeries and recovery. She helped me through some of the hardest moments of my life, but she did so much more than just help me physically heal. She helped me find myself again and reminded me that I am so much more than just a soccer player.
There were times when I felt like I had lost a part of who I was, but Hadara helped me rebuild my confidence, find my identity outside of soccer, and realize that my worth was never defined by what I could or couldn’t do on the field. She believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself, and I will forever be grateful for that.
I am so grateful for the way she pushed me, supported me, and reminded me that there was a life beyond the injury and the sport. I will carry the lessons she taught me far beyond soccer and recovery. I am incredibly lucky to have her in my corner.”
-Heather, collegiate soccer player
“Hadara was the best resource our school offered for student-athletes. She offered a unique style of coaching that felt like a conversation, allowing the athlete to process their own experience. Coming from an athletic background, Hadara is able to connect with athletes, and understand their situations. She is simply the best!”
-Nathan, former DII lacrosse player/captain
“If you’re looking for someone who can help athletes become stronger mentally, more confident, and better equipped to handle the challenges of competition, I can’t recommend Hadara enough. She is an incredible mental performance coach, but even more importantly, she is a genuinely amazing human being who cares deeply about the people she works with. Her ability to connect with athletes, build trust, and help them become the best version of themselves is truly special.”
-Collegiate Head Softball Coach
“During my time as a student athlete, Hadara stuck out as a vital pillar in my successes on and off of the field. She created a safe space where I could be honest, vulnerable, and supported through the challenges of collegiate athletics. Her insight was incredibly validating; highlighting her values of respect and humility. She encouraged me to work through performance anxiety, injuries, self-doubt, and the many other stressors that come along with being an athlete.
She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my mental health while recognizing the strong connection it shared with my physical health. Her guidance, compassion, and consistency made a lasting impact on me. Because of Hadara, I am more resilient, self-aware, and comfortable advocating for my own well-being. I am incredibly grateful for the support she provided throughout my collegiate career and for the lessons I continue to carry with me today.”
