Individualized 60-minute private coaching focused on developing tools and strategies to meet your specific goals, with continued support to apply these skills to everyday life in and out of sport. Focused on growth mindset and seeing the athlete as a whole person, while achieving the highest level of success, whether in sport or transitioning out of sport.

Based on team goals and areas of focus, these sessions are designed to strengthen both individual and team capabilities, with emphasis on fostering a winning mindset. The goal is to build a healthy team culture where athletes can thrive both individually and collectively.

Through an individualized approach, coaching addresses fitness, recovery, nutrition, stress management, and healthy routines to support long-term health, performance and well-being.

Meet the Coach
Hadara Katarski is a former Division I athlete and experienced coach who has worked with athletes at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels in cross country and track & field. As a former Director of Student-Athlete Well-Being, she supported scholarship athletes across sports, helping them navigate the unique demands of high-level competition while optimizing performance and prioritizing their overall well-being.
Hadara holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology, a certificate in Wellness Counseling, and specialized training in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). She also serves as an adjunct professor, bringing her expertise in sport psychology, wellness, and athlete development into the classroom.
Because every athlete is different, Hadara takes an individualized approach to coaching—meeting each athlete where they are, understanding their unique goals and challenges, and developing strategies that help them reach their full potential in sport and in life.
